How to become a sponsor of The Chinese University of Hong Kong's Annual CSR Forum
Sponsorships to the conference do not only provide maximum exposure of your organization to the public, it is also a good display of awareness about the best practice of CSR. Through your active participation, you are making a difference and creating a voice to educate the public and the business community.
Sponsorships are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Should your organization decide to become one of our sponsors, please contact us immediately so that we can explain the various options available to you.
Sponsorship Packages
Platinum
There will be a limited number of five platinum sponsorship packages available for organizations seeking optimal recognition at the conference. The Platinum package offers the following:
Five free tickets to the conference (HK $400 each).
Five additional tickets at a substantial discount (HK $250 each).
Sponsorship recognition on advertising and conference publication.
Sponsorship acknowledgment in the opening presentation.
Opportunity to insert promotional material into conference publication.
Logo on the first (main) page of the CSR conference website (www.cumbacsr.com) which will be linked to the CUMBA website (http://www.baf.cuhk.edu.hk/mba).
Mention in press releases distributed to the media and on the CU & CUMBA websites (http://www.cuhk.edu.hk).
Only Platinum Sponsors, and one food and beverage sponsor, will have premier logo positioning on the conference poster stands.
Only Platinum Sponsors will be featured on the cover of the conference pack.
Amount: HK $50,000.
Gold
Organizations that are keen to be involved with the conference may wish to opt for the Gold package, which offers:
One free ticket to the conference (HK $400 each).
Two additional tickets at a substantial discount (HK $250 each).
Sponsorship recognition on advertising and conference publication.
Sponsorship acknowledgment in the opening presentation.
Opportunity to insert promotional material into conference publication.
Logo on the first (main) page of the CSR conference website (www.cumbacsr.com) which will be linked to the CUMBA website (http://www.baf.cuhk.edu.hk/mba).
Mention in press releases distributed to the media and on the CU & CUMBA websites (http://www.cuhk.edu.hk).
Feature on the internal pages of the conference pack.
Amount: HK $25,000.
Silver
Silver sponsorship packages comprise of the following:
Two tickets at a substantial discount (HK $250 each).
Sponsorship recognition on advertising and conference publication.
Sponsorship acknowledgment in the opening presentation.
Logo on the first (main) page of the CSR conference website (www.cumbacsr.com) which will be linked to the CUMBA website (http://www.baf.cuhk.edu.hk/mba).
Feature on the internal pages of the conference pack.
Amount: HK $10,000.
Food & Beverage:
Food & Beverage sponsorship is limited to one sponsor. The sponsor will enjoy the same benefits as a Gold sponsor with additional logo positioning on the conference poster stands. The CSR Conference Team would cordially invite the sponsor to present a short speech on the sponsor's insight on CSR during lunch.
The expenses would include a morning coffee break, lunch, and an afternoon tea break. The monetary amount of this sponsorship will be discussed later.
Individual Donations:
Individual contributors will be featured in the conference pack. Your name will be placed on the inside pages of our conference. Anonymous sponsorships are available upon your request.
